During Worship and Sunday School...

Nursery for children up to 5 years of age is available during all services, Sunday School, and Bible Studies, and is provided by trained child care professionals.

Easy-to-operate Hearing Assistance Units are available. These are typically found on the table in the back of the Sanctuary immediately to your left as you enter. See one of the ushers if you would like assistance with one of these units.

Also, a van pick-up service is available. Please call 667-4381, in advance.

Our purpose at Trinity UMC is to provide diversity in our worship and educational experiences in the hope that every person who wishes to grow in their faith and understanding of God will find a place in which to do so. Many opportunities are present, we hope you find your place here with us.

Worship

Worship Service
Beginning September 10, we will have one combined worship service Sunday mornings at 10:00 am. Primarily traditional in style, the Trinity Choir presents gifts of music during this service and most of the hymns sung are from the United Methodist Hymnal. Our Praise Team will continue to lead us in joyous praise on coming Sundays.

Fellowship Time
Following the worship service will be our traditional fellowship time, when we gather informally in the rear of our sanctuary to visit, drink coffee and juice and homemade munchies. Plan to stay a few minutes after the service to meet other friends and families of our church.

Education - BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 10

Sunday School
From 9:00 - 10:00, classes are offered for all ages during the academic year. Vern Herwig will lead the adult class in the workroom with this season’s focus on:

In Covenant With God,
God’s Covenant With Judges and Kings
Living as God’s Covenanted People.

Ray Ostrom will lead a second adult class in the chapel. Study will be based on Group Publishing’s Learn It Live It series. Come explore God’s Word together, deepen relationships with God and experience new meaning to "life application."

Nursery is available for children up to 5 years old during the Sunday school hour, so parents and children alike can attend classes.

Children’s Sunday school (ages 6 and up) curriculum this year is "LIVE B.I.G." - (Live Your Belief in God!) This year’s activities include videos, songs, crafts, Bible stories and memory verses.

Christian Education Opportunities
Throughout the year, Bible studies are offered and conducted by the pastor. In response to interest in studying the subject of prayer, we’re offering an evening study group, Thursdays in October from 7-8:30 p.m. A sign-up sheet will be posted on Pastor’s door throughout September. No charge. Come and join us as we explore our questions about prayer!
