adult Discipleship
At TUMC we have several groups that provide wonderful opportunities to grow in your faith! We are also always creating new endeavors to better reach ever shifting spiritual needs.
Current Opportunities:
Sisters in Fellowship
Sisters in Fellowship invites you to join one of our three small groups! Dedicated to building deep friendships and serving through mission outreach, our groups meet on the first Thursday of each month (September through June).

Naomi Group: 6:30 PM - Gathering Room
Whether you are a morning person or prefer an evening gathering, there is a place for you here!
The JOY Fellowship
Once a month on the first Wednesday September through May, Just Older Youth hosts a free community meal for people 55+. Come join us for an excellent time of fellowship, food and to hear from some distinguished guest presenters! We also engage in periodic trips and other groups throughout the year.
Trinity Pickup Choir
Come, find your voice with the TUMC Pickup Choir. Our choir meets and sporadically sings September-May during worship service.
New voices are always welcome! If we are not meeting, we would love to have individuals and small ensembles offer special music in worship.
Bible and Studies
When a church family or someone in our community needs assistance and support when hospitalized, ill, etc., we make and deliver meals! It's one of the ways we help folks know they are not alone.
Bible and Studies
Periodic Bible and book studies are scheduled throughout the year. Ongoing Christian Education activities provide members with the challenge to grow in their faith. Want to learn about a specific topic? We'd love to help you explore!
Congregational Care Team
The Congregational Care Team at TUMC is dedicated to walking alongside members of our church family through every season of life. They offer prayer, visits, and compassionate support to those who are homebound, hospitalized, or going through challenging times.
Union Spiritual Community is a welcoming space where people come together to grow in faith, connection, and purpose. Through small group gatherings, Convo Group experiences, and our meaningful Soul Suppers, we share life, stories, and spiritual exploration in a supportive community. Most gatherings include childcare and a shared meal, making it easy for everyone to participate. At Union, you’ll find belonging, conversation, and nourishment for both body and soul.
The Great Christmas Cookie Bake
Trinity United Methodist Church’s Christmas Cookie Ministry is a cherished tradition that ran for 25 years, spreading holiday cheer throughout the community. For a quarter-century, volunteers baked and packaged cookies to share with neighbors, local organizations, and those who might be alone during the season. Beyond the treats, the ministry fostered connection, kindness, and the spirit of giving. Though it has concluded, its legacy of generosity and joy remains a sweet part of TUMC’s history.
